1. Operator and scope

This website is operated by SSABEL LLC (“SSABEL”, “we”, “us”), registered in Iowa, United States. These terms set out the conditions for using the website and sending business enquiries. If you do not agree to these conditions, do not use the website or submit an enquiry.

A separately agreed written contract governs any purchase, supply, professional engagement or other paid service. It takes priority for that engagement if it conflicts with these website terms. Mandatory law and rights that cannot lawfully be waived always prevail.

2. Eligibility and authority

Use the website only for lawful purposes and only if you can lawfully make the relevant enquiry. If you act for an organisation, make sure you have authority to provide its information and communicate on its behalf. Provide accurate, relevant details and do not impersonate another person or misrepresent an affiliation, requirement or authority.

3. Enquiries are not orders or guarantees

Website content describes areas of focus and potential capabilities, not a binding offer, quotation or promise that a particular product, supplier, market or outcome is available. Sending a form, receiving a reference or discussing an opportunity does not by itself create a service contract, agency, partnership, fiduciary relationship or exclusivity.

Scope, specifications, due diligence, price, taxes, payment, delivery, risk, warranties, support and responsibilities must be confirmed for the particular engagement. A form receipt confirms storage of an enquiry, not commercial acceptance, guaranteed response timing or confirmed email delivery. Do not send payment credentials through the form.

4. Information and professional advice

We aim to provide useful information, but content may be incomplete, contain errors or become out of date. Independently verify information before making a material business decision. General sourcing, market and compliance information is not legal, tax, investment or other regulated professional advice. Obtain qualified advice and any project-specific checks or permissions your circumstances require.

5. Permitted use and restrictions

You may browse and keep reasonable copies of publicly available content for lawful evaluation of our business, preserving attribution and proprietary notices. Other rights are reserved unless we give permission or the law allows the use.

  • Do not attempt unauthorised access, bypass security or interfere with availability.
  • Do not introduce malware, spam, deceptive enquiries or unlawfully obtained data.
  • Do not harvest personal information, impersonate us or create a false endorsement.
  • Do not reproduce, resell or commercially exploit protected content or use automated collection in a way that infringes rights, disregards access restrictions or burdens the service. Ordinary search-engine indexing consistent with our instructions is permitted.
  • Comply with applicable sanctions, export/import controls, anti-bribery and other laws. Responsibility for project-specific licences, customs, product standards and approvals must be agreed separately; this website is not trade clearance.

6. Your submissions and confidentiality

You retain rights in information you submit. You authorise us to receive, store, reproduce and share it only as reasonably needed to handle the enquiry and related agreed activities, consistently with our Privacy notice. Make sure you are entitled to provide it. Do not send trade secrets or material requiring a special confidentiality arrangement before that arrangement is agreed. A general enquiry does not create an NDA or professional privilege; this does not remove our privacy obligations.

7. Intellectual property and illustrations

Our branding and website content are owned by us or used with permission, subject to their applicable rights and licences. Do not use our name, logo or material to suggest an affiliation or endorsement without permission. Images illustrate sectors and themes; some are AI-generated. They are not proof that we own a depicted asset, operate a particular facility, hold a certification or have completed a pictured project.

8. Third-party services and availability

Links, providers and third-party services have their own terms and privacy practices. A link is not a guarantee of their content, performance or availability. The website may be changed, interrupted or withdrawn for maintenance, security or business reasons. We may restrict abusive or unlawful use. These measures do not cancel obligations under an existing service agreement or remove rights and duties under applicable law.

9. Disclaimers and limits of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, this free informational website is provided “as is” and “as available”, without a guarantee of uninterrupted service, complete accuracy or suitability for a particular purpose. We exclude implied warranties only to the extent the law permits their exclusion.

To that same lawful extent, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, including lost profits, opportunities or data arising from use of, or inability to use, this website. Liability for an agreed service is addressed by its contract, not silently replaced by these website terms.

Nothing excludes or limits liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, gross negligence or any liability that cannot legally be excluded, including applicable consumer and data-protection rights. If a limitation is not allowed in your circumstances, it applies only to the extent that is lawful.

10. Questions, disputes and applicable law

Please contact us about a concern so we have a reasonable opportunity to resolve it. This does not delay a legal deadline, prevent urgent relief or restrict a complaint to a regulator. To the extent legally permitted, Iowa law governs these website terms, excluding its conflict-of-law rules, and disputes may be brought in the state or federal courts in Iowa. Mandatory protections, legally required forums and a separately agreed service contract take priority where applicable.

11. Changes and general provisions

We may revise these terms and will identify the current policy version on this page. Revisions apply prospectively from publication and do not retrospectively change a separate agreed contract. If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to the extent lawful. Not immediately enforcing a right is not a waiver of it. These website terms and the Privacy notice address website use only; they are not a substitute for the terms of an actual engagement.
